Design Studio
Studio is a course that is offered to seniors to deepen their knowledge in the Fashion, Apparel, and Interior Design industry. Students focus on college and career readiness in design, build resumes, and practice with mock interviews. Studio students are also provided with Professional Learning Experiences where they meet with business members in the industry.
Collaboration with JCCC; bringing in guest speakers to talk about college and career industry standards.
Create professional design boards and work with real life clients.
Work on professional presentation skills.
Client profile: styling outfits for a client.
Crate resumes, cover letters, and attend a mock interview to prepare students for industry interviews.
Apply design process.
